After fixing my coffee this morning and enjoying the sweetness that unraveled while consuming it, I realized something; there’s a lot of sugar in this thing, and along with the bagel that I had, I’m sure that my breakfast calories went from 200 to 500 (with about 250 coming from the coffee).
There’s no doubt that many people are trying to watch their calorie intake and what they eat throughout the day; but if you eat a bowl of Special K in the morning and follow up with a Starbucks coffee loaded with additives, you might end up having a dessert beverage, which is loaded with fatty calories!
So to help you out a little, here’s a list of the worst latte choices (taken from Yahoo Health):

Pretty disturbing, right? If you still feel as if you need to sip on these drinks from time to time, make sure you limit your consumption. Also, ask for them to cut out the portion of extra ingredients that make them so unhealthy for you!
